Getting high quality traffic is probably the biggest question
asked by both new and established online businesses.  After
all, it makes no difference if you are selling a product,
promoting affiliate links, or displaying adsense – you need
traffic.  And loads of it.   So how do you do it?

Well, you could buy advertising.  Hmm. Expensive. It is easy
to spend several thousands of dollars A MONTH through Google.

You could buy text links.  Also expensive – and rapidly losing
effectiveness in the search engines. Just 100 links can set
you back upwards of $2,000.  But you need THOUSANDS  of links
for most niches.

You could buy the “Latest and Greatest” black-hat technique -
whether that be “blog and ping”, “tag and ping”, log-file

            You’re not just looking for a broad group of people to cater to – you’re looking for those with a lot of problems.  When you start creating your information products, you’ll want to build an empire of products that all focus on the same niche, allowing you to market to existing, loyal customers who buy from you time and time again.

            Sometimes, you’ll find one large niche and then realize you need to build your information product line around a more targeted, narrow niche of people.  For instance, parents in general have many problems you could address, such as raising smart kids, dealing with discipline, and saving money.

9. Make sure all links on the navigational bar are
clickable. If people can’t get to where they want to
go, they will leave.
10. Organize you web site in logical and profitable

learn about the product(s) you’re selling.

 There’s really no way for a niche to become fully saturated.  As long as there is continued interest, there’s always a way to come up with a new slant for an old idea.  Print publications do this all the time.  Whenever a writer submits a story to a magazine, they have to take an old idea and convince an editor they can write about it in a fresh manner.

 Many Internet marketers routinely try to convince others that their niche is, indeed saturated.  Why would they do this?  It’s because they don’t want the competition from you.

 To determine if a niche is truly saturated, or better yet, if you have a shot at success, visit third party product sites such as ClickBank and see how many products are available for the idea you have as an Internet marketer.

 If you see twenty eBooks on affiliate marketing, ask yourself, “Could I come up with a unique slant or a better way of doing things?”  Sometimes all it takes is having verifiable proof of your own success to position you as an expert in a particular niche.  It can’t hurt to give it a try – and you may find that you edge out all of your competitors for the sheer fact that the consumers want someone new to take the reins and spoon-feed them their information.
